The good things-Manage and monitoring delivery material all of project from central WH to region Warehouse, including maintain LSP performance
-Prepare and complete shipping documentation
-Coordination with vendor and warehouse
-Meeting KPI with all vendor once a month
-Transport daily report and check every material inbound and outbound
-Checking the payment periodic and volume summary
The challengesSometimes you have to adjust the schedule with the project and monitor the delivery.
