    Staf administrasi yang berorientasi pada fokus tinggi pada akurasi dan digitalisasi sistem kerja.
    The good thingsSaya sangat menikmati proses pengolahan data berskala besar yang menuntut konsentrasi tinggi. Saya merasa puas ketika berhasil mencapai target harian dengan tingkat akurasi 100% dan mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan formula Excel atau sistem database perusahaan untuk mempercepat alur kerja administratif.
    The challengesTantangan utama yang saya hadapi adalah ketika harus menangani input data dari dokumen fisik yang kurang terbaca atau sistem yang terkadang lambat saat memproses volume data tinggi. Saya rasa proses digitalisasi dokumen di awal dan pembaruan berkala pada infrastruktur sistem informasi dapat ditingkatkan untuk meminimalkan risiko kesalahan input dan meningkatkan efisiensi waktu kerja.

    The good things-Manage and monitoring delivery material all of project from central WH to region Warehouse, including maintain LSP performance -Prepare and complete shipping documentation -Coordination with vendor and warehouse -Meeting KPI with all vendor once a month -Transport daily report and check every material inbound and outbound -Checking the payment periodic and volume summary

    The good thingsI have a big relation from this company, I have leader from China, and we always sharing about progress in the warehouse and logistic. Many experiences I got how to manage big people in the warehouse and manage material stock in the warehouse, many more. All of work has an issued on there, but I always could solved it, is a Must. How to be good manager is know how to manage all the things in time, because everything in the field is not always I want to be. Something happened and I must solved it, as soon as possible with rules for sure,. I must being profesional and expert, thats mean I must know every detail of job i have been. Learn by doing. The key of work is a Trustworthy. I always stand with that subject, because thrust is one of many important component to develop management. I have a little great moment to share. One day, i have trusted by my leader, even though there are big issued come over, and he said to me you can do it, as long as you are right, you having me behind you. It is Okay. My Leader now at Pakistan, so I can not see his again. I hope I can develop my experience in the new place, and new managerial, new people, new leader, new friends. Thats my hope to grow together with a whole team to do job successfully. ThankYou.
