    The good thingsVery liberal company to work with, where founders and CEO are open for any criticism. Fun working environment, where you work hard, play harder. Nice people surrounding.

Setiap orang menerima berbagai pendapat dengan sangat terbuka, trus tempatnya juga cozy, jam kerja juga di sini flexi time, so silahkan jadwalin sendiri kerjanya mau kapan dan di mana, dan yang terpenting adalah misi Zenius untuk membuat Indonesia semakin cerdas, cerah, dan asik.

    Manajemen yang jelek dan terlalu kejar target. Tingkat stress yang sangat tinggi sehingga karyawan jarang yang bertahan lama.

    The challengesTarget yang tinggi tidak diseimbangi dengan fasilitas. Dituntut serba bisa tanpa tim dan jobdesk yang jelas. Hampir setiap minggu harus bekerja di akhir pekan, jika protes akan dimarahi oleh bos. Tidak ada benefit uang lembur jika overtime/bekerja di setiap akhir pekan.

    The good thingsThe responsibilities and the jobs that we take, are not only driven by company , but also by ourselves. We are encouraged to be a smart employee that can take initiatives (but of course still under control by the management).
    The challengesAt Zenius, there are many many many things we want to achieve. Sometimes, it can be an obstacle and it is very hard to do, but sometimes it can be a challenge.

    Berada di perusahaan yang beneran punya impact ke siswa di Indonesia
    The good thingsBisa ngerasain langsung bagaimana impact dari konten yang kita buat (video, artikel blog, social media, etc) ke murid-murid online kita. Yang kita lakuin ini beneran berpengaruh positif ke hidup anak-anak itu. Mereka jadi suka belajar, nggak ngerasa matematika/fisika itu pelajaran yang menakutkan lagi, dsb. Inilah yang bikin kerja di zenius itu asik.
    The challengesKita harus bisa me-manage kita sendiri karena kontrol dari atasan itu biasanya jarang banget.
