    The good thingsIf you do a bit of review background research on this company, you may find out there are a lot of unfavorable reviews. Let me tell you, those reviews are true to the core. Trust your instinct.
    The challengesVery unprofessional management. Pure-doer attitude. The managers seem to have no idea what is going on half the time. Managers who have personal ties with the CEO are in high positions but vastly lacking experience.
