    The good thingsDisini saya belajar banyak mengenai hal baru, utamanya mengenai industri garment yang sebelumnya tidak saya ketahui. Disini juga saya mengalami bekerja dengan orang asing dan di bawah manajemen asing secara langsung meski mereka tetap menggunakan bahasa indonesia. Banyaknya karyawan dan peran saya sebagai MD membuat saya belajar bagaimana cara berkomunikasi pada banyak orang, dengan sifat yang berbeda harus dengan cara yang berbeda pula.
    The challengesYang menurut saya kurang pada perusahaan ini adalah, kurangnya kerjasama pada setiap divisinya. sehingga terlalu menyalahkan atau mencari kambing hitam pada setiap masalah dan bukan mencari solusi bersama. Perusahaan ini memiliki 3 cabang, sehingga apabila ada CMT pada cabang yang lain. Maka ketika ada permakan saat final, yang mendapatkan CMT harus melakukan permak. padahal kontrak CMT berakhir hanya sampai proses jahit selesai.

    Great place for a fresh graduate to grow
    The good thingsTeman team yang mensupport, Direktur yang cool, gaji yang baik untuk fresh grad, fasilitas yang bagus dan memadai, mendapatkan BPJS dan THR, naik gaji setiap tahun sesuai UMR.
    The challengesmencocokkan kehendak atasan yang notabene orang asing (Korea) dengan para buruh ang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan yang kurang memadai. Kadang juga sulit untuk berkomunikasi secara profesional dengan atasan karena mereka kurang paham dengan tata bahasa Indonesia, slang word maupun work pace orang Indonesia. Kadang atasan menginginkan kita untuk bekerja sesuai pace orang Korea ang sangat cepat. Banyak lembur.

    The good thingsI able to achieve new experience across my basic discipline. And also, I really found new friends, knowing different work environment and many more. If I had a change, I would like to work in kind of that work environment again. My hope for my previous company is success and more lead in garment industry.
    The challengesUnfortunately, the distance could be my stumble for my work, so I hope I can manage this problem in the further, and also get permanent job for my future. In according to those matter, My priority to set new basic considering for applying job.
