    The challengesKesulitan yang ada adalah di delivery time yang cukup lama, dimana waktu produksi sampai ke pengiriman ke customer membutuhkan waktu 10 minggu.

Kekeluargaan antar karyawan, baik atasan maupun bawahan sangat dijunjung tinggi di sini. Selain itu, banyak sekali ilmu yang bisa kita dapatkan, terutama di bidang proses kontrol. Semakin banyak project yang kita ambil, maka pengalaman-pengalaman berharga yang akan kita dapatkan juga semakin banyak. Tak ada hari tanpa ilmu baru di PT. Yokogawa Indonesia
    The challengesMengeksekusi lebih dari satu project dalam satu waktu merupakan hal biasa di PT. Yokogawa Indonesia. Hal ini terkadang mengganggu fokus karyawan dalam bekerja. Kalau sebuah project sudah cukup banyak pekerjaan dan sulit untuk dieksekusi, karyawan dari project lain akan diperbantukan di project yang sulit ini. Lembur malam dan di hari sabtu dan minggu cukup sering dibutuhkan jika project cukup banyak menguras tenaga dan waktu.
