    The good things- Rekan kerja yang supportive - Sistem dan support dari HR yang baik - Gaji Kompetitif
    The challenges- Tidak ada komisi - Relasi bekerja vertikal yang tidak supportif, memberi target tinggi tanpa dukungan yang baik, tidak mau belajar mengenai budaya bisnis di Indonesia, tempramen, moody, egois dan tidak memiliki empati - Melakukan silent firing - Kontrak setiap 3 bulan

    The good thingsBisa bermain project tanpa ada yang meng-audit.
    The challenges1. Gaji dibawah standart rata-rata. 2. Tidak ada kompensasi lembur tapi dipaksa berkerja lembur setiap hari. 3. Tidak mempunyai auditor/whistle blower, jadi setiap orang/kelompok bebas untuk "bermain" tanpa ada "polisi". 4. Hukum " Rimba", siapa yg bisa kasih saweran yang besar dia yang menang. 5. Manajemen acak adut, Org. Chart berantakan, 1 orang bisa handle 3-4 posisi di Org. Chart.

    The good thingsyes i really enjoy working here, the job that suits me and the salary is not bad, for other benefit will come along as the company grow, its a good company to stay
