    The challengesOne of the main challenges was maintaining consistent machine performance during high-volume production periods. It required strong focus, quick problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the machinery. Adapting to strict quality standards and tight deadlines also pushed me to improve my efficiency and attention to detail.

    The challengessistem kerjanya bagi yang sudah senior tapi tidak punya pengetahuan dan ilmu yang lainya ( Bisanya hanya operator ) saja , kurang ada perhatian dari management terutama karier ( kariernya mentok ) . Karena di perusahaan ini bukan sistem Senioritas yang di pakai tapi kontribusi yang sangat baik yang di gunakan .

    The good thingsDepends on the location, some of the location where relatively stress-free. It's a good place to start if you just graduate from school or university, as the work load are not that much. In most place the sense of community between the workers are so strong, especially in the factory.
