    The challengeskrn msh menggunakan sistem manual dlm aktifitas mencari brg,berakibat brg yg dimuat terkadang tdk sesuai dgn expired date,bahkan muatan bs kurang atau lebih quantity nya yg berakibat sering trjdi nya komplain dr customer,,,tdk ada markah2 safety & tdk ada jalur pejalan kaki di dlm gudang,,,krn ukuran gudang yg kecil & kapasitas produksi yg tinggi & tdk balance dgn kapasitas utk muatan container,,berakibat gudng mjd overfull shg operator forklift sulit utk bermanuver yg berakibat brg jd trsenggol & bnyk brg yg damage
