    The good thingsenvironment coworker cukup baik, tapikadang terjadi clash karena soal pekerjaan, di mana dept di tunjukoleh boss gede, tapi dept itu tidak mau mengerjakan
    The challengesseperti company opa & oma, budget untuk IT sangat terbatas, jadul, bukan company milenial. semua serba kaku, harus pakai baju tangan panjang, rapih di masukan, biarpun tidak ketemu client, pegwai itu bukan anak sd kali setiap senin ada stand up meeting, harus gantian berikan cerita yang berhikmah, saay sampai mempersiap kan 10 cerita untuk 10 minggu. Harus pimpin doa secara bergantian, biarpun atheis.
