    The good thingsSelama di amtek saya banyak dapat ilmu baik itu dari cara mengukur dan melakukan visual inspection terhadap produk di perusahaan tersebut. Saya juga merasa senang menjadi quality karena dengan itu saya memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap produk. Dengan itu saya merasa bangga telah diberikan kepercayaan untuk menjamin kualitas produk dan mengontrol proses produk tersebut.
    The challengesKesulitannya terkadang kami sebagi quality beberapa kali adu argumentasi dengan departemen production. Walaupun itu hal yang lumrah terjadi akan tetapi bisa memicu rasa perselisihan sedikit antara quality dengan production. Tapi bagi saya semua itu bisa di selesaikan secara baik baik dan bisa minta bantuan pihak atasan atau manajemen perusahaan
