    The challengesHal yang cukup sulit bagi saya adalah saat melakukan cycle count dimana banyak terjadi selisih jumlah barang di sistem dan aktual yang disebabkan pada saat order picking tidak dilakukan secara berututan, jadi saya dan rekan - rekan memutuskan untuk fokus mengeluarkan barang - barang yang sudah lama di gudang agar mengurangi selisih barang. Waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengurangi jumlah selisih kurang lebih tiga bulan

    Banyak tantangan dan pengalaman
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja sangat bersahabat, terutama dukungan pimpinan dan rekan kerja. Sehingga beban kerja tidak terlalu berat, disamping itu kita diharuskan berinteraksi dengan banyak rekan perusahaan bahkan costumer secara langsung, sehingga karyawan dituntut untuk memiliki komunikasi yang baik. Pengalaman menggunakan system warehouse juga point penting.
    The challengesTepat, cepat, kreatifitas, bersih serta inovatif adalah tantangan di perusahaan ini. Tentu hal ini sangat dibutuhkan costumer perusahaan.
