    High calling, high dedication, high reward, high expectation, as high as the sky from the heaven.
    The good thingsKesejahteraan dalam hal kerohanian dan kesehatan mental: renungan, doa, ibadah, KTB, layanan pastoral, retreat, marriage enrichment, conference dan seminar. Kesejahteraan finansial dan fasilitas: gaji, bonus KPI, THR, aneka rupa tunjangan, makan siang gratis, laptop, souvenir, dll. Kesejahteraan pengembangan diri: training, workshop, leadership training management, kesempatan naik jabatan tanpa memandang senioritas.
    The challengesTempat ini memberi banyak kesempatan untuk bertumbuh dan belajar Christian servant leadership, tetapi juga menuntut kapasitas emosional, komunikasi, dan resilience yang tinggi. Akan sangat cocok bagi orang yang memiliki sense of calling dalam pendidikan dan kesiapan untuk terus belajar, memikul salib, menyangkal diri, dan mengikut Kristus.

    The good thingsYou will meet those who have given their everything to education. The senior teachers will give you feedback to your improvement. Should you think you haven't got any experience in teaching, you will be guided with trainings, workshops, as well as supervisions. The school will also set the stairs to your promotions. Even better, scholarships are given to you for master degrees if you have met the qualifications.
    The challengesYou are asked to have a good time management. Do not get yourself squander along so that you can get all things finish before the due. You are also expected of achieving your great Personal Appraisal every year as a way of improving your professionalism.

    Sekolah yang terus berbenah
    The good things1. Memberi ruang untuk pekerja menerapkan ide kreatif 2. Mengikuti aturan dari pemerintah secara transparan (misal soal UMR, perpajakan, hingga kurikulum) 3. Banyak kegiatan yang mendukung pertumbuhan. Seperti pelatihan, ibadah, hingga liburan bersama 4. Menyediakan makan siang 5. Tempat kerja serta fasilitas sangat nyaman dan tergolong memadai 6. Memiliki yayasan yang memberikan perlindungan bagi guru dalam mengerjakan tugasnya sebagai seorang pendidik.
    The challenges1. Yayasan memiliki kecenderungan sering mengubah kebijakan 2. Para decision maker tidak sepenuhnya memahami (dan mencoba objektif mencari tahu) apa yang terjadi di lapangan, sehingga kebijakan beberapa kali mengecewakan
