I was English and homeroom teacherThe good thingsthe environment as this school really implements green school. The co-workers are also friendly and support each other. This school teaches their students to plant some plants and how to sell their product to others. This school also implements Montessori method to support the learning process. Students learn three languages since kindergarten level (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) with Mandarin Native speaker.
The challengesI learn many things how to cooperate with co-workers from other country and to implement green school. Here, I also learn to manage the event and do great preparation. It encourages me to be more familiar with the technology as we need to prepare the virtual background as well to support students' performance.
