    BINUS secara perusahaan sangat direkomendasikan, tapi politik yang ada sangat menentukan nasib anda.
    The good thingsDisini benar2 ide bisa jadi nyata, diberi keleluasaan untuk berinovasi, benefit juga sangat menarik. Para BOM sangat menghargai dan memuliakan karyawannya. Benar-benar pengalaman yang luar biasa dapat bekerja disini
    The challengesSistem disini "nyawa" anda sangat tergantung atasan langsung anda, dan para pimpinan hanya mendengarkan atasan langsung, jika pimpinan langsung tidak suka dengan anda secara pribadi maka jangan harap anda bisa tumbuh disini, politik disini sangat kuat, harus tahu peta politiknya jika ingin selamat disini. Ada beberapa "aturan" yang tiba-tiba ada. Dalam beberapa hal BINUS tidak mendengar dari 2 sisi tapi hanya mendengar dari apa kata atasan anda (sangat judging). Oh ya, work life balance disini cukup rendah, tapi kompensasi yg ditawarkan sangat menarik.

    The challengesatasan yg tiba2 suka berubah mood nya, sulit naik jabatan atasan tidak mau membantu, tidak mau anak buahnya maju stuck disitu2 aja, tidak percaya dengan bawahan kalau kita sudah kerja, tidak tau kondisi di lapangan. ketika memberi arahan sering kali tidak jelas.

    The good thingsI love to working at Binus, alot. Everyone in here is nice and easy to discuss with. They are open minded to every suggestions given. As I work as Project Relation and that’s why I said so. The salary is average, I can’t say it’s low, but it’s not high. Everything goes well in here. Human capital is perfect, they take care of the employee a lot. Health benefit is ok too. They have gym place, and very well understanding environment. I can give enough time to my family. The Board of Management are very friendly and kind. They always listen to us and never put any border with us as a staff. I have worked in several companies before and so far Binus is the best one from all aspects, just perfect. Hope you will always be stronger than ever Binus.

    The good thingsYou are encouraged to develop yourself. Free trainings are available anytime. The team works well. Work-Life Balance is supported. Safety environment. Work schedule is manageable. Humble Managing Directors.
    The challengesThe increment is very low. The assessments for employee are blurred. Appreciation and reward are depends on the Business Unit Leader. Subjectivity still takes part.

    The good thingsThe students were great. The systems and apparent leaders in the school were toxic and totally opposed to updating an incredibly outdated system of education. New ideas are rejected and any way of completing a lesson without a Ppt is thrown out. Very frustrating school to work in.
    The challengesLeadership in the school, from top to bottom, firmly believe that they are always right, regardless of the situation. Nobody listens and when problems are brought to HR nobody is interested. 5 Native teachers left from the English dept at the same time as me.

    The good thingsTerkadang ada waktu longgar dalam jam kerja. Disiplin dan kejujuran diuji bila bekerja disini. Saling menguatkan antar sesama pekerja.
    The challengesTerlalu banyak aturan yang memperketat kinerja karyawan dan operasional, utamanya Budgeting Tidak ada peningkatan kesejahteraan dan tidak mendapatkan ilmu dan pengetahuan apapun. Bekerja tidak boleh lembur, agar perusahaan tidak mengeluarkan budget terlalu banyak.

    The good thingsAsuransi kesehatan lumayan bagus, tidak banyak perusahaan memberikan asuransi kesehatan dengan limit yang lumayan walaupun BPJS Kesehatan harus potong gaji yang juga lumayan besar menimbang yang ditanggung hanya 1 orang (untuk karyawati), berbeda dengan karyawan yang juga menanggung istri dan 3 anak.
    The challengesCareer progress/ enhancement tergantung atasan dan slot per divisi. Tidak semua divisi memiliki jenjang karir yang bagus/ terbuka dan tidak semua divisi memiliki kenaikan gaji yang bagus/ pantas.

    The good thingsGood working environment, even though quite stuffy because there's a lot of formality and hierarchy.
    The challengesVery low/slow career opportunities, i've seen people working for this company for 10 years without a single promotion even though they've done their work well enough. A lot of senior worker and hierarchy, so it's very difficult to propose a new idea/opinion. A lot of formalities and quite a lot of apple-polisher (non written requirement if you want to get a promotion). Very low appreciation in term of benefit and salary, especially for people low in hierarchy.

    The good thingsSaya belajar banyak disini bagaimana mengatur workload pekerjaan yang cukup banyak karena banyak unit yang di handle. Belajar menghadapi berbagai personality setiap karyawan yang bekerja sama di berbagai unit, belajar menghadapi atasan-atasan yang secara usia berbeda jauh sehingga sering kali berbeda pandangan.
    The challengesKesulitan yang dialami ialah karena unit yang saya tempati masih terhitung unit baru yang dibangun sehingga sistem kerjanya masih belum jelas dan goalsnya pun masih meraba-raba. Dan anggapan unit lain terhadap unit saya saat ini juga masih disalah artikan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk karir pun juga masih kurang untuk tingkatan pekerjaan staff.
