    The good thingsKekeluargaan yang sangat harmonis dan sangat luar biasa Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif antara operator dengan quality Namun kritik buat management, safety nya tolong d pertimbangkan karena banyak cable2 yang sangat mengganggu, Kaizen improvement nya kurang, safety yang bisa d katakan kurang Namun saya rindu suasana kerja di yamani
    The challengesTidak ada trainer, jadi kerjaan serasa numpuk Manager sendiri dan atasan masa bodo dengan perkerjaan yang biasanya di perusahaan jepang care dan menanyakan apakah ada masalah dll berbeda di sini Safety nya kurang d perhatikan, qc masa d kasih sepatu kate, seharusnya dapet safety karena qc juga berpotensi terkena kecelakaan kerja
