    The good things1. kekeluargaan dan team work yang kuat 2. menyadarkan karyawan akan pentingnya kesehatan, dengan banyak program pembinaan kesehatan untuk pasien YAKES maupun untuk karyawan (contoh: peregangan rutin 10 menit jam 10 pagi, aerobik, dan senam)
