    The good thingsVery kind management level, learn much things since sometimes we cover another area of our main job desc, involving to the world-class project (Airport, e-Government), travelling abroad frequently (for certain projects especially to Malaysia)
    The challengesDeliver scalable application & solution to cover huge and complicated requirement, manage productivity as good as possible since the project's timeline sometimes short, think fast and good analytics
