    Company massive layoff
    The good thingsRapid changes in workflow, overtime is a common thing, unpaid BPJS TK, multitasking to hold multiple jobs is a must
    The challengesManagement is a mess, although the industry does require rapid adaptation, the foundation is lacking. Led to a messy business and panic because of over hiring and eventually had to massive layoffs.

    The good thingsWorking in an IT company in Singapore has been an amazing experience for me. The office culture is great, and I feel like I'm constantly learning and growing in my role. The team is supportive and collaborative, and I feel like I'm part of a community that truly cares about each other. Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunity to work in such a fantastic company and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in IT.
    The challengesWorking in IT at a Singapore company can be both challenging and rewarding. There are always new technologies and software being introduced, which means that you need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments if you want to stay ahead of the game. At the same time, you also need to be able to work well with others and communicate effectively, as teamwork is essential in this field. However, with the right skills and mindset, you can excel in this fast-paced and exciting industry.

    The good thingsYour co-workers will be so various from different culture and country. Start to make "Hybrid" environment, the employees will come not only from Bandung (since the company base is on Bandung - for Xtremax Indonesia), but also from other cities and islands. You will meet Singaporean and Malaysian as well (at least for now). Your work-life? Your supervisor, HRs, and management team always work to make it balance.
    The challengesOf course you have to good at code. But remember, you need to communicate well with your co-workers too. Technical, Communication, and Responsibility... 3 things you must keep in mind to.

    The good thingsbanyak hal positif yang saya dapatkan di perusahaan ini, serta saya banyak sekali belajar di perusahaan ini. perusahaan ini akan menuntut anda untuk keluar dari zona nyaman anda sehingga anda akan berkembang lebih maju, serta melatih skill untuk multitasking, time management serta melatih conversation dalam berbahasa inggris anda. selain itu perusahaan ini juga memiliki aturan yang cukup fleksibel untuk berpenampilan sehingga membuat pegawai merasa nyaman dan berani untuk berekspresi ketika bekerja
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya hadapi adalah cepatnya pergantian SOP, serta banyaknya additional task yang harus dilakukan, selain itu karena bekerja pada bagian Service Desk yang berhubungan dengan customer dan monitoring terutama alert/email/telpon customer datang di waktu yang random , saya tidak dapat melepaskan laptop saya sepanjang shift (12 jam), selebihnya adalah pengalaman luar biasa yang membuat saya banyak belajar

    The challengesActually i’m a little bit annoyed about why some things are not very transparent, but i still think that it’s ok, i can understand that there are things that is not ok to be shared. so, personally, i don’t think that this is a big problem.

    The good thingsBanyak belajar hal-hal baru. Karena untuk sekarang, ada beberapa tender yang membutuhkan teknologi-teknologi yang harus dipelajari dari awal, seperti google cloud platform dan azure. Selain itu, suasana lingungkan bekerja lumayan kondusif dengan rekan kerja yang supportif dan friendly.
    The challengesKantor memliki fasilitas yang kurang memadai. Banyak mendengar cerita managemen yang kurang baik, seperti micro management, dll. High turnover rate, banyak pegawai yang keluar masuk. Membuat motivasi untuk bertahan, lama-lama memudar.

    The good thingsSaya senang ketika merekrut kandidat. Saya dapat mengembangkan kemampuan sosial saya dan juga bisa mempelajari berbagai karakter orang. Selain itu, kemampuan saya dalam hal documenting pun berkembang cukup baik. Di sini saya juga dilatih untuk menyusun strategi untuk proses rekrutmen. Pengembangan proses rekrutmen otomatis juga mengembangkan daya analisis dan pola pikir saya. Ditambah lingkungan kerja yang sangat menyenangkan.
