    Gaji kurang competitive, jadi saya di outsource kan ke Bank DKI, jabatan/tingkatan saya di xsis adalah Senior, masa gaji saya kalah saing sama vendor lain di Bank DKI yang padahal tingkatan nya masih middle, bayangkan saya cuma dapat 9.5jt dari biaya 28.5jt. Lalu saya pindah vendor lain dengan tingkatan sama, gaji saya 13.5jt dengan biaya saya 26.5jt wkwk banget
