    I really enjoy working at Xapiens
    The good thingsXapiens provides access to challenging projects, allowing employees to continually improve their technical skills in IT support, troubleshooting, systems management, and application support. There’s also support for training, such as certifications in IT, which helps career progression.
    The challengesXapiens operates in a fast-moving environment, where quick solutions are often needed to avoid disruptions. This can be stressful, especially when dealing with urgent requests or system outages, requiring the ability to work calmly under pressure.
