    The good thingsLingkungan kerja menyenangkan, rekan kerja solid, jam kerja fleksibel (conditional / bisa ditukar), mengasah kemampuan public speaking, jam kerja hanya 6 jam dan kerjanya di public area, mendapat bonus jika target tercapai
    The challengesmenantang karena ada target dan cukup banyak dibandingkan NGO lain. Ketersediaan venue terkadang sepi. Karena ada covid ada effisiensi karyawan (fundraiser)
