    The good thingsWhen I joint for the first time to this company, I saw this that company was a health compan from the management system, salary, comfortable, and reward given to employees who excel based on their performance and abilities.
    The challengesRegarding to Company Regulation that every three years (3) Branch Manager level must move to another coverage area, so effectively July 2022 I must move to Kalimantan Coverage Area with homebase Pontianak Province, and due to family reason and there are many consideration about family in particular, Finally I decided to submit a good resignation request to management.
