    The good things1. gaji selalu dibayarkan tepat waktu 2. hak karyawan dijalankan dengan cukup baik (bpjs, thr, uang lembur) 3. aturan/ SOP cukup jelas dan terperinci 4. lingkungan kerja yg bersahabat daan membuat betah/ loyal karyawan
    The challenges1. manager kurang perhatian dengan operational yg ada di office, terkesan tidak mau tau/ cuek. 2. tidak sesuai dengan jod desk yg di emban 3. beban pekerjaan terlalu berat dan kurang ada penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan 4. aspirasi karyawan kurang didengarkan 5. tidak ada jenjang karir yg menunjang untuk posisi warehouse

    The challengesCek kesesuaian barang (saya tidak begitu paham tentang barang yg dijual, perbedaan dan jenis barang) dan membagi team pengiriman (saya tidak memahami rute dan area surabaya). Sistem kerja yang rumit (1 nota diurus banyak orang sehingga ketika ada yang tanya, saling lempar jawaban.
