New Thing to LearnThe good thingsOverall this place is a good place to earn new experience, the boss is perfectionist which everything about documents, the negotiation method, handling complaint must be handled perfectly and he is a hard worker person. Which i mean when the company is small in terms of organization, you can directly talk and learn from the master itself.
The challengesSince this is a new business and far different from my previous 2 jobs, they give me a hard time to learn about the product and the supply chain. But I always believe if i learned, someday it will become useful for myself
