    Harus titip ijazah. Harus bayar 60jt kalau mau risain.
    The good thingsRekan kerja yang welcome ,tapi tidak dengan atasan yang masih system family dan siapa yang paling lama kerja. Not recommended

    The challengesHarus titip ijazah. Harus bayar 30jt kalau mau tebus ijazah sebelum training 6 bulan berakhir. Ikatan dinas 36 bulan, kalau baru 1 bulan resign harus bayar 35 bulan gaji. Semoga pemerintah monitor peraturan internal perusahaan. Kasihan fresh graduate kalau seperti ini.

    The good thingsmenjadi disiplin waktu,pekerjaan tidak pernah tertunda.menjadi pribadi yang sangat bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan yang di berikan. menjadi pribadi yang jujur,displin serta sangat bersemngat dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab.
    The challengestidak adanya jenjang karir, membuat karyawan tidak mampu berkembang. sangat sulit untuk mendapatkan finansial yang baik. terlalu banyak peraturan yang dibuat , justru menghambat kinerja karyawan itu sendiri.
