    Keep being rotated from 1 position to another within a year, even a month.
    The good thingsAppropriate salary (UMR)
    The challengesIn this company, you must find your own way too understand your job. They didnt teach you in a proper way. Like they only teach you in a small part not the whole.. and if you did something wrong. They will change your position without telling you whats going on so you dont understand your mistake and cant fixed it.
