    The good things- Flexibilitas waktu dan suasana kantor yang family oriented. - Tidak ada senioritas - Kesempatan berkembang yg cukup baik (for some extend) - Kesempatan berpindah antar bidang dan job role - Gaji, bonus dan fasilitas kesehatan - Kesempatan untuk training dan sekolah
    The challenges- kesenjangan antara expat dan indonesian employee - Ketidak terbukaan mengenai finansial perusahaan dan kebijakan kebijakan yang di ambil - ditakutkan kedepannya gaji, fasiltas kesehatan menjadi berkurang
