    Kalau cari pengalaman, ini tempat oke.
    The good thingsJika ketemu teman-teman yang klo, seberat apapun pekerjaanmu, kamu akan enjoy. Kekeluargaan antar karyawan cukup erat bila kamu dapat bergaul. Kerjaanpun tidak terlalu berat sebetulnya. Lokasi kantor strategis dipusat kota Jakarta, ke stasiun dekat, ke halte transjakarta dekat, tempat jajan banyak, pulang kerja mau hangout? BISA banget. Mal2 deket banget.
    The challengesTapi bersiaplah berhadapan dengan management yang membingungkan. Kamu tidak tahu harus mengikuti yang mana. Ini family company, semua bisa menjadi "kepala". Ayah, Ibu, dan anak-anaknya. Belum lagi orang lain yang bisa mendadak menjadi orang kepercayaan. That's complicated things that you had struggle.

    The good thingsworking there was fun, good, people there were really helpful and nice. i had a great experience there, and working in wita tour really made you know about travel agency experience. salary is higher than any other travel agents (from what i heard)
    The challengeswhen high season comes, you will be expected to work on weekends, but i think it's not as crazy as other travel agents do. you do not need to overtime everyday, seasonal only. sometimes will face pressure but not much i think.

    Bekerja dengan ingkuan kerja yang baik
    The good thingssaat bekerja di sini, saya mendapatkan banyak pelajaran, dan hal - hal baru. Lingkungan kerja, sesama rekan pun sangant menyengkan dan membantu apabila ada pekerjaan yang tidak dimengerti. Sedangkan untuk gaji, sangat mencukupi sebagai seseorang yang tinggal di Jakarta, gaji yang diberikan mencukupi.
    The challengesUntuk jam kerja, memang untuk di hari sabtu / minggu akan masuk sesuai jadwal yang diberikan, jadi mungkin harus mengatur jadwal istirahat weekend lebih baik lagi. Dan untuk libur/ cuti, sedikit berbeda dari kebanyakan perusahaan, sebab bergerak dibidang travel, maka apabila libur seperti lebaran, beberapa pegawai non muslim akan masuk sesuai jadwal.
