    Review of Wismilak company's culture
    The good thingsWismilak has very friendly work environment that supports and encourages its employees to learn and to get the jobs done on-time. Working in here is just like working with your own family, they support each other and the managers, generally, are quite close in good relationship with their subordinates.
    The challengesThe staffs don't get any overtime payments except dinner if they have to do overtime. But dont worry, there are very few occasions that we have to do overtime. Sometime you will have a lot of idle time here, it makes people easily to be lazy.
