Ayaka Suites merupakan hotel bintang 3 yang berpusat di "segitiga emas" Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan serta dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan kelas dunia. Ayaka Suites berkonsep pada hotel dengan fasilitas lengkap dan mengutamakan kenyamanan tamu.

The good thingsPara staff dari department lain sangatlah friendly dan bekerja sama. Lokasinya pun sangatlah mudah diakses jika bekerja di Ayaka Suites. Dekat dengan transportasi umum seperti Busway dan pusat perbelanjaan serta kuliner. Serta kebutuhan sehari" dapat dengan mudah di temui. Pokoknya bagus.

The challengesManajemen di hotel ini kurang baik. Saya sangat tidak mengapresiasinya. Perbedaan antara staff baru dan lama pun dibedakan. Pembuatan jadwal bulanan pun juga tidak konsisten. Serta tidak adanya team work antar sesama staff. Disini juga tidak ada perkembangan karir. Jadi sulit mengembangkan diri disini
