    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang nyaman, fasilitas oke. Kemungkinan dialihkannya lamaran besar ( mis: lamaran ke posisi A, bisa aja diarahkan ke posisi B sesuai kemampuan dan kebersediaan), mulai kerjanya on time, ada snack, pantry yang nyaman.
    The challengesLoad lumayan banyak, jadi harus bisa belajar sesuatu yang baru dengan sangat cepat. Harus pandai beradaptasi dengan SAP ( background non IT). Dituntut belajar mandiri karena semuaseringan sibuk dengan pekerjaan masing2.

    Too much Drama in this Company !!
    The good thingsI learnt many things regarding SAP in this company, and almost new business case everyday. IT management in this company is just okay, not perfect. Office location is also strategic, not far from many place in the city Overseas projects and travel is a big possibility in this company. Project allowance is adequate as well.
    The challengesTurnover rate was too high, almost 3/4 of the employee are new hired. Cannot blame those who resigned, there was too much politics and drama in this company. Management is the biggest problem in here, one of the top management is a sexist and prefer a specific gender. Those kind of leader caused the team to destruct and most of the team member burn out too much. Salary is not lucrative enough.
