I will never regret everything I've spent in this company that turn me from a boy into a man, so good luck for everyone out there who wants to join this company.The good thingsFor me its about fulfilling my belief that i've directly contributed to build my nation through construction that will last for generations. So I feel that i've been left a legacy for my nation and the future generation by building something that will last for a long period of time and will give benefit to a lot of people.
The challengesIt turns out that maybe because my skill and my background is just supporting role in this type of industry, and the position as a finance chief in project level is so limited (only 1) so I am not given enough opportunity to expand my career, to take it to the next level as I expected. And maybe, because it is a State Owned Enterprise, the "political side" play a big role in your career, beware.
