    You can improve your career and get a lot of experience if you work in good project
    The good things- Stable Salary. Even when covid hit the employee still being paid because it's government fund Company - The yearly bonus is fair base on your employment duration - There are annual vacation/roster for employee who work in project
    The challengesGood adaptability is required especially if it's not same as your college degree
