    The good thingsMenambah banyak pengalaman, team yang solid, berjiwa anak2 muda. Pekerjaan tidak hanya itu itu saja karena bisa berpindah team ketika sudah selesai dan belajar hal-hal baru. Prioritas adalah task selesai, jika bisa selesai dengan cepat, tidak perlu lembur meski teman setim lembur.
    The challengesKarena sering bertemu team yang berbeda, harus bisa beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Kadang task lebih banyak dari timeline yang diberikan, tapi hal ini normal untuk semua perusahaan.

    Great Experience and Oportunity
    The good thingsIn this company we can learn so many things. And also have lots of opportunity to go abroad. Since turn offer of this company is high. If you are staying, its have higher opportunity to advance in carer faster than outside. WTI graduates are almost welcomed in most of Financial Technology Company. Even if you capable and lucky, during on site will be offered by banks.
    The challengesNeed to have passion in new technology and strong will. Products here always growing and in some cases good resources are not enough. So it will need extra effort to achieve the target. Benefits here only standard benefits. It will be better if it have some insurance and have more quota for glasses.
