    As a new pharmacist graduate, it was an interesting experience working here, one of the factories that produce large volume infusions in Indonesia and is part of the Otsuka group.

    The good thingsI was worked on Widatra Bhakti Company since 2014, i learn a lot about manufactur company, i learn about organization, i learn how to build career with good attitude and workethic. Widatra family Teamwork makes the dream work
    The challengesBeside of being production workers, i also work on Union Organization, and the difficult thing is all about how to handle another workers problem especially related to the employee issues. But when i talk about production duty, it’s all depend on every person, for me production is dynamic, sometime feel easy, but sometime another way around. The key is, take your first priority for responsible and safety.
