    The challengesSalah satu challenge saat menjadi casual worker di The Westin Jakarta adalah harus mampu bekerja cepat dan tetap fokus saat kondisi operasional sedang ramai. Saya juga belajar menyesuaikan diri dengan standar kerja hotel yang tinggi serta menjaga komunikasi dan kerja sama tim agar pekerjaan tetap berjalan dengan baik.

    The good thingsSaya pernah mendapatkan komen terbaik dari tamu. Sehingga saya mendapatkan penghargaan Gold Star dari GM saya. Singkat cerita suatu hari saya membersihkan kamar tamu seperti biasanya. Tamu tersebut berasal dari Singapura. Seperti biasanya saya memberikan ekspetasi lebih untuk tamu tidak hanya membersihkan saja namun saya selalu memberikan personalize note untuk tamu dan membuat animal2 towel yg lucu sehingga tamunya senang dan merasa diperhatikan oleh kami sebagai karyawan hotel.
    The challengesKesulitan yg saya dapati bekerja di hotel Westin hanya kebutuhan operasional saja. Karena di Westin jakarta tidak diperkenankan menggunakan troley sebagai fasilitas room attendant untuk membersihkan kamar-kamar tamu. Sehingga berat untuk room attendant karena waktu yg dibutuhkan untuk membersihkan kamar lebih lama dibandingkan dengan menggunakan trolley.

    it's a good start when you don't have any experience, and they very welcomed and helping you to solve the problem.
    The good thingsgood environment and also making me growing to be a better person who has a good manner. the leaders will help you to learn something that u never heard before and they're very friendly. teamwork is also very good because we do put people first as our core value.
    The challengesbecause of this hospitality industry then you have to know how to serve and give the best service to customer, and what they want and need is your priority even you time so if you don't have a good time management then it will be hard for you to have your own time.
