    The good thingsBelajar banyak mengenai strategi penjualan. Adanya kerjasama tim yang solid & teratur dalam 1 department maupun berbeda department. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman & kondusif. Mengembangkan skill komunikasi interpersonal saya karena dituntut harus proaktif baik diinternal perusahaan maupun dengan costumer. Perusahan juga mempunyai sistem yang sangat teratur dan rapi. Memberikan pelajaran mengenai ketelitian, kedisiplinan dan ketekunan dalam bekerja.
    The challengesKenaikan gaji tidak signifikan. Kurangnya tenaga kerja pada department-department tertentu sehingga menghambat proses order customer. Pernah mengalami adanya keterlambatan pemberian bonus dikarenakan adanya peraturan baru dari pemerintah. Adanya prosedur perusahaan yang terlalu ribet sehingga terkadang menghambat proses order.
