    Overwork.
The good thingsThe school dares to pay high, even higher than the standard for school/education jobs around Medan and Deli Serdang. I can say there is a probability that the payment from this school is the highest.
The challengesToo many unnecessary working hours. Too much workload. Depart to work before sunrise, and go back home after sunset. Never saw sun during work except on Saturday. More focus on decorating and events instead of teaching and education. Drama queens and unprofessional leaders. One of the leaders likes to exploit the staff and teachers outside the job desk, and we gave feedback to them; they will "create" whatever stories they want to make you look bad in front of the School's Foundation, and yes, the School's Foundation tend to trust more to the leaders instead of a low-rank position.

    TERRIBLE
The good thingsYour adrenalin is trained everyday.
The challenges1. Inconsistent and impulsive leaders/management 2. Toxic working environment which will effect your mental health 3. Don't you ever expect of a democratic leadership 4. It's up to the management on what and how much to fine you even for a minor error 5. You will listen more to threats instead for supporting words 6. Unrealistic dateline and the load of work 7. Being subjective to judge employees 8. Invisible yet real competition among the employees to be "favorable" one
