The challengesWork here? Think again! If you can work from morning until morning again and are ready with an abundant workload, then this place is for you. But if not, then think again. Making 2 weeks ppt in 1 week, making learning videos, checking 2 weeks of assignments in 3 days, decorations that are much more important than making learning materials, unnecessary events, leaders who don't want to listen and often take sides, regulations for teachers are very strict while students can be adjusted, drinking water is not provided, salaries that are mostly paid late, teaching that is not by their majors because for schools teachers are required to be able to teach all subjects and many more. I understand that no workplace is perfect. But for me, this place has too many imperfections. If you want to work here, think again! The salary offered is great, but it doesn't match the job given.
