The challengesbekerja secara team tapi lebih seperti bekerja individual, karena teman 1 team lebih sibuk dengan pekerjaan diluar perusahaan yang dibawa dan dikerjakan didalam jam kerja perusahaan, ketidak kompakan menjadikan beberapa diantara kami terbebani, dan merasa ada kesenjanyan sosial, kecemburan sosial pun terlihat dengan tidak adanya tindakan dari kepala produksi atau supervisor dalam hal ini peneguran kepada teman yang lain,...............................
