    The good thingsTanggung jawab Penuh yang diberikan Perusahaan kepada saya untuk menjalankan Divisi Trucking agar berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan Visi & Misi Perusahaan dengan salah satu contoh menyiapkan Armada / unit agar laik jalan tanpa alasan apapun harus mampu menunjang dan menerima Order Perusahan
    The challengesKurangnya Koordinasi antara kantor Pusat dan kantor Cabang atau Divisi Trucking dimana Perusahaan berharap semua unitnya dapat selalu berjalan baik dan laik jalan tetapi bila unit mengalami kerusakan atau Trouble Storing sering kali terhambat dan terlambat dalam mengirimkan dananya untuk perbaikan dikarenakan hanya 1 Pos dana dikeluarkan dari Pusat, sementara yang harus diberikan ke seluruh cabang & divisi banyak.
