We had company dinners 2 times a year and had a great experience in working together here. if you have a great performance you will get better! so be honest and have a great integrity is the key to succeed in this company.
The challengesSometimes the boss give too many tasks, in a tight deadline, because it's a game company so it is very realistic, we had a deadline for launching games, that's why we need to finish many things. the holiday is not as many as other companies, but it's bearable and understandable because it's a game company. but the company give you a quota for taking day off.
