Great place to learn, not to earnThe good thingsI got great experiences and opportunities while meeting and teaching some of the smartest kid in Indonesia. I learn a lot about all the curriculum, from national ones to international, you could never go wrong here. My colleagues are fun to be with around, well most of them. You also got to travel aboard once in two years, which is nice.
The challengesThe incentives is so-so (relative to the pressure and expectations). The management and line of command could also be improved. Not enough closed parking space, so if you're bringing your vehicles, most of the time they will be burned outside (or poured, if it's raining).
