Not suited for those looking for work life balance. Must learn to manage up to move up the ladder and must be willing to try new things - staying still is not encouraged here . Luckily co-workers are friendly and co-operative and the projects are interesting which makes the work worthwhile .

    The good thingsOne of the best parts of working here is the people. The coworkers are friendly, supportive, and easy to get along with, which creates a positive team environment. My direct manager is also great—approachable, understanding, and always willing to help when needed.
    The challengesWhile the immediate team is great, the overall management could use improvement. Communication from upper management is often unclear or lacking, which can lead to confusion. Another major downside is the lack of additional pay for overtime (lembur).

    TOXIC!
    The good thingsI worked at the center and all the coworkers there were fun and honest one. I love them all.
    The challengesBUT THE MANAGEMENT IS SUPER TOXIC! Micromanage all the sales people, managers are trained to do that cause the head of sales is poisonous! they wanna know every hour, how many leads we have followed up and sales team needs to be examined their whatsapp chat with clients. the best part, all levels members can take part in IELTS preparation. if you only have basic English and your classmate is advance, how can the teachers teach? using which "English", foundation English or Advanced English?? it doesn't make sense AT ALL, does it?. NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE for all!!! they accepts "ALL LEVELS STUDENTS" for the sake of money I guess.
