    The good thingsGood friends only because on the same boat.
    The challengesVery low salary compared to others. Hard work worker get no bonuses or appreciation. The policy is ambiguous and can change without notification. Bad management and not professional because tend to say yes to client while their workforce resources not have enough experiences and people.

    The challengesI've signed up for dev, got IT support instead, need to handle the program+the client. I support 3 active live program (5 y/o program) without any documentation, no feature list, no workflow diagram, no nothing(it's like walking blindly into forest). The program is really poor, no oop nor mvc implemented(make it really buggy and hard to maintain). The team doesn't really understand the problem, and usually patch it with no resolve for the longer run. Stress and frustration are daily bread here. and the payment is the lowest low compare to the effort and stress. The customer pays a lot, but the company doesn't give a proffesional results.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja nyaman, banyak rekan kerja yang mau membantu saat kesulitan, fasilitas internet yg cukup cepat, fasilitas hiburan seperti meja biliard dan meja tenis meja di saat pekerjaan sedang sulit dan membutuhkan sedikit hiburan. Banyak project dari luar negri sehingga menambah pengalaman belajar.
    The challengesTidak bisa bekerja secara remote, padahal seharusnya kantor IT tidak selalu perlu datang ke kantor. Jam kerja yang tidak fleksibel.
