    Ilmu baru melalui pelatihan dan pengalaman rekan kerja seniorSelama saya bekerja disini banyak hal yg saya dapat, Khususnya Ilmu baru. Saya mendapatkan ilmu ini melalui sharing dengan rekan-rekan kerja senior khususnya dunia Sparepart sesuai divisi saya dan ilmu melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yg didapatkan dari management baik online atau ofline training dan sesi disco. Saya berharap kedepannya perusahaan akan menyediakan training-training yg lebih bermanfaat diluar jobdesk.
