    The good thingsKerjasama tim yang diutamakan. Konsep kekeluargaan. Senior yang ramah, mau membantu junior ketika memiliki trouble dalam pekerjaan. Sistem ticket-tasking yang mengejar deadline namun dukungan yang baik dari manajer dan senior sehingga dapat ditempuh tepat pada waktunya.
    The challengesTidak ada. Kesulitan hanya ketika merasakan jenuh terhadap pekerjaan yang dikerjakan. Pada saat itu saya mengerjakan front-end website yang tidak ditemukan solusinya karena senior yang membantu pada saat itu mengundurkan diri dari perusahaan. Merasakan kesulitan dalam melakukan troubleshooting coding tanpa support dari senior tersebut.
