    Great working environment to learn new things
    The good thingsGood team communication, opportunity to learn agile methodology, decent salary and incentives, work life balance, friendly staffs and management, opportunity to handle international project or brands.
    The challengesAttendance is mixed with timesheet meaning if there's no projects available you will have difficulty to fill attendance, traditional or conventional management style which still oriented to result rather than growth, less training and research since they are non-billable.

    The good things- English Learning & speaking - Mostly scrum management - lingkungan , teman kerja yang baik - Gaji yang lumayan dibanding national company - Dua asuransi kesehatan , tunjangan dari bpjs ketenagakerjaan - jarang terjadi micro-management dari luar tim. good point
    The challenges- Banyak project, banyak implementasi teknologi . bersiap-siaplah dengan bermacam-macam framework code, teknologi yang berbeda2. . bagi yang menyukai dunia IT nya, tentu ini merupakan tantangan tersendiri. - Very High Workload. anda harus mampu berlari. jalan santai apalagi lambat siapin CV baru aja.

    The good thingsSalary tinggi, benefit banyak, asuransi lengkap, fasilitas memadai, dipinjamkan laptop dengan spec yang mumpuni, lingkungan kerja yang sangat baik, ramah dan tentunya saling mendukung satu sama lain. Manajemen juga bagus. Alur kerja juga sangat rapi dan teratur, sudah jelas pembagian tugasnya untuk masing-masing role, jadi tidak ada yang tumpang tindih dan multiple job :)
    The challengesEkspektasi akan kontribusi sangat tinggi. Terkadang mengalami stres ketika workload sedang tinggi dan tuntutan untuk bekerja cepat mengejar deadline. Namun masih dalam tahap yang wajar.

    Multinational Company that Promote Values People
    The good thingsThis company value people. They respect the life balance of their employees. They give opportunity for their employees to go to other offices in another countries. So we could visit each other to build bound between employees. The team also is mix between countries. We work as a global team.
    The challengesThe only boundary that sometimes happens is the language and cultural matter. For example, Indonesian people usually won't say things unless being asked. While Belgian and Macedonian will express they thought without being asked.
