If persons work in one company not be good employees always lazy, not responsible for his/her job, how can company go to future and be excellent company. In Global Market and world is very need good employee which one he/she can manage his work self, do not need many command and supervise. but of course still need manager for managing, coordinate, rule and team work each person of employees.
The challengesI want to work with company oil. because I know they have good manager and carreer. many think I can do here. I can do my good work here. I am Dicipline, Dilligent, Managing and Innovator in last my work ever. I believe when I can join here I can upgrade my self to be great person to work for commpany as well.
